VAC on Singleplayer?

So I'm quite bad at Spelunky and I would just like to know if using Cheat Engine 6.5 will get VACed or Banned? I wont do the Dayly challenge infact I will even play with my Wifi off.

I would really like to know because there is this very difficult challenge and I just can't do it (By challenge I mean the story BTW)

If the game is VAC protected you might get a VACBan out of it.
But before you resort to cheating, you might want to try out some Guides, sometimes they are actually really helpful

Okay Ill take a look some. But I'm really sure it's not VAC protected, do you know if Only Valve Games are VAC protected or is there some games that have VAC and are Valvolos games. Im just really scared given my account worth over 700 USD

To be honest i dont know if non Valve games can use VAC protection, but i would assume that they could.

There's a ton of games that are VAC protected that aren't Valve games. Normally in single player you are fine to cheat to your hearts content (with the occassional exception so be careful) and I cannot find any information that would lead me to believe Spelunky is VAC enabled to begin with.

Just ensure that Cheat Engine is closed before you try to play any other games that may be VAC protected as I'd hate to see you end up with a VAC ban for an honest mistake.

No worries. Also for the record I don't think many people would trash you for cheating in single player. I only got through sniper village in mohaa on any higher than easy by cheating lol. Also I think everyone knows what iddqd and idkfa stand for
