The ban notice on your profile is all the proof required and it also means that your 1720 days old ban is permanent. There is nothing to verify upon request, VAC regularly checks and validates bans automatically, your's was deemed given correctly and will never be removed.

Patrol usually refers to Overwatch, if you had a game ban first that turned into a VAC ban later, then two different anti-cheats caught the account cheating.

That's even worse than a regular VAC ban because it means 200% cheating was involved since VAC has higher priority and took over.
