if you have complaints about cheaters in a game, complain in that games forum
vac does works, it does not work at the speed you want it to work at.

if you think its easy to make an anti cheat, go make one and see how easy it is. keep in mind the scale of the game and how many matches are happening at any given time.

I miss the time where csgo account was linked with a phone number. Even if VAC is not working fast, people will think twice if there's more sanction

You actually can't. Steam Support cannot remove game bans.

Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

Steam Support have nothing to do with bans and they cannot remove any related-cooldowns to leaving matches irrespective of the reason.

There's a difference between being permanently banned from the game and receiving a competitive cooldown for leaving a game.

And if you keep that you get first a five week cooldown for toxic behavior (leaving a game early repeatedly) and then a permanent ban for being a repeat offender.

If you are unwilling to commit to your team, then don't play competitive games.

How can I be more toxic than a cheater? Sure, let's waste 30 minutes of my time playing against a cheater.

Sorry, but I'll leave every game that has a cheater. I'm going to make a ticket with the match link for each game I leave to justify my departure. If I get permanently banned from CS:GO because of that, it proves that this game is seriously full of flaws for respectful players.

Report them ingame. Steam Support can not assist with rule violations in a game. You are wasting your and their time with those tickets.
