I have been banned for no reason

I am playing my games without any problem on my secondary account because I have a competitive suspension on my main account "this account" for killing teammates in competitive, it was an accident by the way... I finish playing, switch to my account and start playing on xplay.gg servers (I do all this in stream) when I finish playing, I start making clips on Twitch to create content for YouTube, when I watch again I have a notification from steam, that my account has a notice, when I check I have a developer ban, when I enter the game it says that I cannot join secure servers because I have a VAC ban, I haven't done anything, really and everything is registered in my streams, I have sent a ticket to support, but I don't understand What's happening, has this happened to anyone else?

You have a GAME ban, not a VAC ban.

I mean, i was banned like 2 hours ago and My last Game on this account was like 4 days ago... And i don't play casuals, dm or something like that, just xplay.gg servers (surf, retakes, etc...) I have proof on My twitch channel...

It means it has nothing to do with VAC or it's forums.

No, you can't trade the skins of the affected game, it's part of the punishment. Otherwise you'd just trade them to the next account and keep going with whatever you did.

If the Game Ban was for CS:GO it is permanent and can not be appealed.

That means that you must read the info article on game bans. That also means that this thread here doesn't belong to the VAC forum because, and here's where things get important, it's not a VAC ban.

Bans are obviously delayed and not instantaneously applied...

It sounds like you got a Game Ban for Griefing.
