This is not compelling in the way you think it is. You are saying that whenever things get tough, you can't control your behaviour. Would you want someone with that issue as your neighbour? "Lol, sorry I burned down your house, I was having some issues". You are dangerously close to making the argument that you should be institutionalized, do you realize that?
