To be fair there are those who do admit to cheating, however it usually involves "when i was a dumb kid", the ban is typically no more than a couple of years at that point, also includes "But i've matured" followed by still asking for the ban to be removed.

Probably 1% is a power cut. Not sure what world people think you get banned for a power outage but it seems to be a popular excuse in some countries.

I hate thinking about modded lobbies in MW2. My friend and I were doing a race (for fun) to get to max prestige on the xbox 360. I got ♥♥♥♥♥♥ by ending up in a modded lobby that max leveled me.
