VAC Ban with a Plugin ?

I'm new to the steam community, and i'd like to know if I could get banned for using a plugin.
Let's say It's a kind of a game on Counter Strike, when you start that game you'll be able to give the victim a headshot for hitting him in the leg, the arm, everywhere he will get a Headshot

That sounds very much like cheating, so I'm guessing yes, that will be a vac ban.

Cheats are called plugins now? Isn't it it obvious cheat if you are able to make perfects to the head or any other body part with a plugin?

You should read what you put. You basically want something where you shoot someone in the leg, it instead gives them a headshot and kills them right away. That would be cheating and WILL give you a nice VAC ban.

Now the question you have to ask yourself. Is it worth the minutes you cheat, getting a VAC ban and not being able to play on that games VAC secured servers? or, you play legit, and you're able to play for months, years without anything ever happening to your account.

Do not use anything that gives you a unfair advantage over another player. You will be caught, and VAC bans will never ever be removed.

I know what i'm saying, It's not my server, It's a Jailbreak server who has a day called "DIAMOND BULLETS DAY". Like you said "You basically want something where you shoot someone in the leg, it instead gives them a headshot and kills them right away"

As far as I know. Playing on servers like that will not get you VAC banned. The only way you can get a VAC ban, is if YOU yourself decide to use hacks/cheats. Your English is perfect. Just read here https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=7849-Radz-6869

Tanks Dude, so what I understood is that plugins based on AmxMod X or Metamod that changes some player setings (health, recoil, aiming, money etc) wouldn't lead to a VAC Ban ?
Cuz many servers used them alot (Basebuilder, Furien) and I have been worrying to get a VAC ban

I wouldn't risk it. If it makes you download the plugins. I am not sure if those plugins would be carried into a regular server with no plugins. You could always ask in the CS:GO forums and see what they have to say.

BTW I'm playing CS 1.6, and i'm sure that the server can't download the plugin into my cs folder.
So am I safe ? (even If you told me Yes i will not risk :'(

Servers can't get you banned or there would be huge security risk and big screw up from Valve's side.

As I told you. As long as the plugin itself doesn't get downloaded, you will be fine. I know some servers when you play on them, they download the things required to get into the server. You won't get a VAC ban though, don't worry.
