False VAC Banned - Clara's fault

Hey guys, just writing to rant with you all about these VAC Bans going out recently.

I have never thought about cheating in my life as I despise cheating. Then a day later I woke up to a VAC Ban out of nowhere. It just feels so wrong to be accused of cheating. What's worse is I can't even appeal the ban. Worst type of system ever in my opinion.


I hardly play Counter-Strike at all, my skills aren't that great to be of suspect. Literally a silver noob with the worst K/D ratio, just trying to play and have fun with their friends of a game of CS2. I can't even stand to play it over more than 2 times. So it just really sucks to get falsely banned when you're not even an active good player.

I hope we all get unbanned from this nonsense, its pretty absurd.

Again, still lacking the simple terms "VAC ban" or "banned by VAC" which usually is accompanied by a red banner.

it's not red because this isn't csgo, even when i still had the VACban (it got removed last night) it was still blue

In-game messages are literally generic. What matters is your profile that you got a game ban.

Anti-lag+ do NOT cause game bans, period. If your image is true, then your game ban is clearly not for CS2, but for other game.

Seems like a couple of game bans just got reverted. I didn't realize game bans were also being applied due to Anti-Lag+ until I saw the Reddit thread posted by nizuna. Congratulations on your unban im happy for you

People act like that because false bans are extremely rare.
We all know how the system works, like that there are no appeals and that false bans are automatically removed. Congrats on being the one who was falsely banned, but you don't need to act toxic, especially since the information you were given was correct.

No. The information given to them was obviously not correct.

False bans are automatically removed.
Game bans still have nothing to do with the vac discussion forum.
It does matter if it says vac banned in game, all that matters is what's displayed on your profile.
Bans from valve owned games are often delayed intentionally.

He isn't trolling. He is trying to help the community, but in a twisted way.

You're leaving out the part where they were told repeatedly that Anti-Lag+ doesn't cause game bans. This was said as if it was a fact and was known for sure.
