1 day(s) since last ban
Go to your profile, then click on the info link within the red text. There's everything written you need to know.
Appealing is futile: VAC bans cannot be removed by anyone on Steam nor would Steam Support listen to any inquiries about them. The reason for a VAC ban is always the detection of a known cheat. VAC bans last forever.
All your items in the game(s) you are VAC or game banned from remain on your account permanently. Otherwise, there wouldn't be any form of consequential cost to any form of rule violation, especially in free-to-play games.
