Banned from black ops 2

Okay, so this starts out with me buying the game a month prior, I had this game on xbox and now I switched to pc so I bought it on steam. A couple days ago I get a warning on my screen telling me i got VAC banned even though I have never touched multiplayer. Ive only played the campaign and zombies. I think what it was is that I have mods and cheat menus for RD2 and gtaV and it detected it? Im a little confused on how it would do that as it has no way of reading it. Have I been hacked by a player from zombies online co-op? Is this a common issue? I know I wont get the game back but id just like to know how VAC bans like this are allowed.

Yup.

Activision never liked people touching their game files, especially people on PC that would benefit from FOV higher than 80 when our PCs were capable of these settings and consoles weren't exactly up to the task.

It took years for them to add an FOV slider in game.

hello

a VAC ban is solely due to cheating from this account.

No story is required. No proof is needed. No one hacked you. everyone here has seen how vac works, and most of us were here when vac was first launched. if a ban is incorrect, it is removed without warning, and without need for any post or player input.

its best to just accept consequences of the actions you decided to take, and move on with a new account, or refrain from playing vac-secured games in the future.

Nothing you write here will affect your ban, there is no ability to appeal a lifetime vac ban.

finally, this is a user forum, no one here has any power to alter a vac ban, and gathering public support for a 'wrongful ban' hasn't worked for anyone in 20 years.

Zombies mode is VAC secured as well. What you did in other games is irrelevant.

Accounts aren't hacked. The cheat must be executed on your account, not someone else's.

If an old COD game is VAC secured, then every entity of it is protected against any form of 3rd party modifications. This includes zombies, private matches and even the campaign.

thats crazy cuz i know for a fact you didnt read the whole thing. never asked for a repeal nor did i ask to be unbanned if you dont believe my "story" then dont reply. looked it up and you can get vac banned from other players as well. the fact that you write this reply just to not read almost anything. didnt even answer my questions, get yo ass outta this thread ya bot.

Kid stop posting already, no one cares, that ban is permanent and will not be removed no matter what sob story you claim. And just so you know, but cant comprehend, you cant get ban because of another p;layer in a lobby or the game. now get YO ass outa here/
