Can you get VAC/Community Ban from the same Payment Option
I often allow my brothers to use my PayPal account to buy some games on steam incl CSGO Keys Weapons. I wonder if they ever decide to cheat would I get in trouble because they used my PayPal? What I also use on my main here .

No, payment methods are not used to identify someone over multiple accounts and therefore cannot, contrary to library sharing and phone number sharing, lead to a VAC, game or any other form of ban.

VAC bans? No.
Community bans? No.

But if any of your brothers would be stupid enough to do a chargeback, then expect all accounts using the same PayPal account to be affected by Valve reacting to getting their money stolen.
As in, accounts getting suspended until the agreed on money is returned.

An account suspension would be way worse than a VAC or community ban.

Don't allow anyone to use your personal payment method, ever, on anything.

Reason why I shouldn’t trust my family with my payment methods ? They clearly wouldn’t scam me

You wouldn't be the first to be mistaken in that way.

Everyone can betray your trust once you give them the choice to betray you.

You can buy digital wallet cards for your family members and gift these instead. That way your data is not in their hands.

one chargeback is all it takes to get the payment method banned permanently from steam. it would not matter if you reversed the chargeback or not, steam would no longer allow it to be used.

Yes you can, with workarounds like using Augmented Steam[augmentedsteam.com] or...

I made an accidental charge back once, and I don't exactly remember how it went but I do remember that my paypal account was banned from making transactions with steam. My account was no affected, maybe because it was a small amount of money idk.
