Anyway, you are wasting your time. This is a user-only forum meant for discussions about VAC as a system and not a ban appeal forum. Nobody from Valve will read this and all we can do is link you the FAQ that states that you cannot appeal a VAC ban.
You are shouting at the clouds...
All VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat. Whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, computer, or phone number).
VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed.
Anything that tampers with protected game files is treated as a cheat regardless of it giving an advantage or not (skin changers, etc). Steam/Valve will not release any information about what was detected
VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.
Users are responsible for the security and all activity on the account.

Anyway you are wasting everybodies time (including yours), VAC bans are permanent and can't be removed.
