İmpossible to cheat still give vac ban

cheat engine time bending hack on my computer can not effect to another server because cheat engine try to slow down to game aspect with their tick however this tick on the another plartform can not change main server and can not dedected so it only cause lag for only me . so when you try to dedect a cheat or hack can this valve program dedect more carefully or close the game entirely bcs of "we can not trust our coding skills so we dont want to give unreasonable bans and still dont allow the users use hack becouse of that we closed your game so you can not cheat and we dont give you ban how ever if you make this mistake twice in a week we will ban you "
my hack is time hack on my single player(left 4 dead 2) game i forget to close it and when i try to play with my cousin i mistakenly entered vac server(my first time on left 4 dead 2 online part ).before I enter i leave(open for only loading screen in 1 minute) bcs i try to open our server which i can invite my cousin and play with together .later that day valve think i hacked (which is impossible to do bcs of inaccessibility of a server ) give me vac ban[only for left 4 dead 2 but still i can not like others comment on other free games]

Incorrect. VAC does exist in single player games.

You seriously need to stop playing video games lol. The server is never on your computer on any game. That doesn't mean that you can't be banned for cheating. My advice to you is to stop messing around with cheats because you have absolutely no idea what you are doing or how cheats work.
