I was hacked by someone witch name I will not discuss and they cheated and posted racist stuff on my friends profiles witch I was vac banned from csgo

Hijacked not hacked. Hacking requires exploiting weakness in code. That doesn't happen on Steam. Hijacking is the issue and that's when users try logging on using a phishing website that steals their credentials.

Hijacker, friend, family member or anyone else accessing your account and got you banned is not a valid excuse.
Account security is the owners responsibility. Hijacked account, friend, family member or someone other than you is no excuse and a flawed argument for defence.

If all we'd need to do is
1. Mask IP
2. Cheat
3. Unmask IP
4. Claim account was hijacked (not hacked.)
5. Then claim Cheating occurred while account was compromised using IP as proof
6. Get unbanned

Any cheater could repeat steps 1 - 6 every time they want to cheat without any consequences.

Banning would be a waste of time and Support staff would be flooded with unban me cases increasing wait time for genuine cases.

Bans are permanent. If you want to play on secured servers you need to create a new account. There is no way to remove your ban.

Your account wasn't hacked. You willingly gave away access to your account. VAC has no way of knowing who's using an account at the time an infraction occurs. This is why VAC bans accounts and not people. The only things about your ban you can do now are make a new account and stop letting other people use it.
