VAC banned me on CS2 for cheating while I don't use any cheats.

Idk what happend but VAC just banned me midgame for cheating on secure severs. I don't use any cheats or what so ever? Can someone fk explain what is happening???!

VAC bans are delayed from time of detection to the time the ban is actually applied.

What you were doing when the ban was applied is irrelevant.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it

That's not the way of thinking. Sometimes you like to try-out a game before buying it. And when you did some more investigation you see I bought Cities Skylines after... And pirating games is not robbing valve in any ways.. VAC also cant ban me for pirating games. I dont use any cheats so give relevant information or stop being mr know everything

The Steam guard app isn't a magic bullet. You still are responsible for anything that is allowed to happen on the account.

Pirating games is a criminal offence so no, not 'everyone' does it, you're just a thief. Also, when creating the account you agreed that Valve can straight up terminate your account for piracy of any kind

Regardless, the ban on the account is permanent and was given for cheating, either directly or via some kind of sharing, it does not matter which

If someone used your accounts to cheat, skinchanger or whatever, having accessed one of them, there would be some post of yours about account recovery somewhere, or some changes to them, but weirdly on both there is no mention, nor any change.
