Can anyone help me to unban my steam acc?

4 years ago i got ban to my steam account. It happend when my phone was broken and i gave it to master to fix. I proved it by documents but steam-moderator didnt accept it and said that ban is permanent. I know that i must protect my steam account from any man but it was first case for 10 years using steam. I hope for justice from moderators. I spend a lot of time and money to this account and i dont want to lose it. Sorry for my english.

Its not a gymnastic, it is my word that i said to steam moderator in my appeal. I send money two times to my account but balance is still hiden. Case is about 15-20 dollars, not for thousands.

It wouldn't happen to people with a modicum of common sense. Leaving something with a repairman/center typically means you should remove sensitive information prior.

I am very sorry that you cannot compare these two concepts. From my point of view, it makes absolutely no difference where the crime was committed. I am only asking for a proportionate punishment.

Seems you ought to have pursued action against whichever business abused your trust so as to recoup the money you had spent up to that point on the service, if one of their agents is at fault.

trying to equate a justice system for a country to the punishment system on a privately owned gaming platform, is pretty despicable.

if you don't appreciate the punishment system on steam and VAC secured games, then perhaps you might consider concluding your support for the platform.

there is no way to reverse a VAC ban, all the 'ways' invented over the years are all fake. much like your story.

It does not mater who was using the account. You are responsible for all actions on the account and are responsible for the security of the account.

It does not matter who used the account to cheat.

Valve explains it concisely in the Steam Subscriber Agreement:

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system. Valve is not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your login name and password by you, or by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.

VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Why the account was banned:

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.
