You didn't lose your phone. You handed it over to a repair center.
Criminal punishment has nothing to do with punishment on a game platform. That silly attempt at conflating the two has never flown.
It wouldn't happen to people with a modicum of common sense. Leaving something with a repairman/center typically means you should remove sensitive information prior.
Tell me how could i remove sensitive information if phone screen was competely broren?
So you lose your phone that was logged into you accounts and didn't change the password to those accounts?
trying to equate a justice system for a country to the punishment system on a privately owned gaming platform, is pretty despicable.
if you don't appreciate the punishment system on steam and VAC secured games, then perhaps you might consider concluding your support for the platform.
there is no way to reverse a VAC ban, all the 'ways' invented over the years are all fake. much like your story.
It does not matter who used the account to cheat.
Valve explains it concisely in the Steam Subscriber Agreement:
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login and password and for the security of your computer system. Valve is not responsible for the use of your password and Account or for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your login name and password by you, or by any person to whom you may have intentionally or by negligence disclosed your login and/or password in violation of this confidentiality provision.

and here:
I was not using my account when it was VAC banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.
While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.
VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Why the account was banned:
all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).
Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.
You can help yourself by making a new account and taking better care of its security.
And as stated in the FAQ on the info link within the red text, Steam support cannot lift VAC bans either.

That's on your profile, right beside the ban notice. See what it says? If Steam Support can't even remove it, why would you think anyone here can remove it? This is a user forum.

Это в вашем профиле, рядом с уведомлением о бане. Видишь, что там написано? Если поддержка Steam не может даже удалить его, почему вы думаете, что кто-то здесь может его удалить? Это форум пользователей.
