I have been permanently banned from csgo because my account was stolen

My account was stolen a few months ago, I still don't know how, since I had the Steam guard activated, I suppose it was by mail, but when trying to recover my account successfully, I found that my account was blocked for 2 weeks. I was surprised, I decided to wait those 2 weeks. to play but when time passed they banned me permanently I don't understand why a few months have passed since that case but I already miss throwing myself some csgo I have proof of everything said

You are responsible for the security of your account and all actions on it.
Keep in mind that accounts are hijacked, not hacked.

Your game ban has nothing to do with VAC, or this forum.

This is a userforum. No one here can investigate or remove a ban.
Not that you can appeal one anyway.

anyways, if you really were throwing matches, that's considered griefing, so the ban is justified.

idk why you switched from 'the hijacker' being the problem to 'you throwing matches'.

just try to be more mature and follow the rules next time alright. the ban isn't going to get removed from this account, according to your words.
