Hello. There is a problem with the vac ban. I got wrongly banned from cs go for absolutely no reason.I wasn't much online on steam since I was playing Roblox,gta 5,etc.2 Months ago,I opened CSGO on my computer and When I wanted to play a match,it says I got banned from idk a competitive match.I was confused because I didn't play cs go for months and I wanna fix this problem right now.Now today on february 24 2023 I got a message from steam saying my account was permanently banned from Board of Supervisors in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Also you should guys know,this is not the FIRST TIME it's happening to me.I got wrongly banned from cs go on 2 accounts of mine aswell. But I didn't think much of doing a Vac Discussion on the other 2 accounts so I made this new account.I swear I never cheated,or did anything bad,Steam says I got correctly banned and I wasn't even playing CSGO for months but I think there is a reason behind this ban and that is someone got in my account. My 2 accounts's name were changed to chinese names and japanese names.I was worried cuz that will affect my csgo risk of getting banned. Now im banned permanently from csgo for no reason. I hope I get unbanned soon.

VAC has never banned any account for "nothing" or "no reason" unless those are the names of the cheats that were detected.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.

VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

Why the account was banned:

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

If the account was hijacked and the account was used to cheat:

No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.

While we understand this can be frustrating, we must maintain a zero tolerance policy for cheating to foster a fair game that all players will enjoy.

Those stats clearly show that the account was used to cheat. If it was you, stop cheating. If someone got into your account, it's still your fault. Take the security of your next account more seriously.

Either way, the ban is permanent.

I reset my achievements yesterday, and play a few games. Suddenly my HS percentage 50.3% on tracker website lmao

csgostats and leetify still keeps my original stats intact

As CS2 is not a seperate game, but an update for CS:GO, yes. Your ban would carry over.

There is no amnesty for VAC bans, not even temporary ones.
