That will never be a good argument. Not cheating in a game you are playing with others is something we expect from 1st graders let alone someone who is 13 years old (if you are saying you were younger than that then you weren't supposed to have an account anyway). The reason 13 year olds are allowed to have accounts is because it is expected that they are able to follow basic rules.

If you've recognized your mistake then create a new account for whatever game you want to play and move on. You are not going to get the ban removed from this account.
