Good luck to YOU.
They're here to moderate the forums, not contact VAC teams on behalf of other users. All information for you to know is covered in Post #1.
Keep telling yourself that, but do know that they have logs on what triggered your ban and when.
That is not illegal. Please, provide links to the laws that deem this practice illegal in all countries.
- Valve will not disclose information like what cheats you used + proof. It could be used by cheat developers.
- The VAC Team is not a Legal Company, you can't sue them (I think you mean Valve)
- The Steam Subscriber Agreement (the thing that you agreed to when you registered your steam account) says this
"...and that Valve is not responsible of the use made of your Account and of all communications and activities on Steam resulting from the use of your Account."
Even if it was not you, YOUR account is YOUR responsibility.
