Banned in all the games?

Hi guys, 192 days ago i've been banned by VAC from black ops for using WH. I know is not a good thing, im not here for remove the ban.
But i have 2 questions:
1) I am banned on black ops by vac, is it collegate to BF bad company? i mean, i cant join online servers today, it says "connection to server has been lost , please check your network"

2) i was thinking about buy COD4, but if i were banned on black ops, if i buy cod 4 i will auto banned there too? i must create new steam account and then buy cod 4?

I wait answers, and i'll never cheat again thats sure xD

You are only VAC banned from the game you got VAC ban for. So you should be able to play any other games, including other CoD games.
It's not VAC causing problems with BF:BC (as there is no VAC in BC games), that's for sure.

CoD4 does not even use VAC. Activision started using VAC with Modern Warfare 2.

Are you sure about this? i mean, i dont want waste money... i want be pretty sure that i wont be banned again... i read that the VAC ban extend in all games covered by the vac..

thats ok, but if in the future i want buy a game covered by vac like black ops 3 etc?

Cheating in one of the following Source games or a Source mod will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list:
Counter-Strike: Source
Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
Day of Defeat: Source
Team Fortress 2

Cheating in one of the following Gold Source games will result in a VAC ban for all games in the list:
Counter-Strike
Condition Zero
Ricochet
Day of Defeat
Team Fortress Classic
Half-Life: Deathmatch
Deathmatch Classic

Excluding the games listed above, VAC bans will only apply to the game the cheat was detected in. For example, a VAC ban in Modern Warfare 2 will not affect Modern Warfare 3.
