As long as that cheat does not modify the game's core files and you don't have both the game and the cheat running, you shouldn't get banned.
If you're running CE and CS:GO both it's 99% possible to get VAC. (Like Allibine spoken)
Also wen du nur Cheat Engine installiert hast kann du nicht VAC gebannt werden, aber wenn Cheat Engine geöffnet hast kann es sein (nicht 100%, aber Grund genug es sein zu lassen) das du gebannt wirst.
Und nein du musst auf einen VAC geschützten Server verbunden sein das du gebannt wirst (alternativ kannst du in den Startup Optionen -insecure eingeben um im Singleplayer ohne VAC zu spielen)
People have been banned for using cheat engine, but people has also got their cheat engine bans lifted. Just make sure it dosen't hook onto csgo, peferably don't use it at all on your csgo machine.
Not from VAC. Vac bans are permanent and will not be lifted. (Excluding false positives, which have nothing to do with cheat engine)
If you're this paranoid over getting banned then why risk it?
