This is a true story,
i never used hacks and i got ban for nothing
I bought the game "CS: GO" about a month ago, enough of it in 40 hours. But there was one problem ... My friends. They played the game for a long time, played a cooler than me. I was very annoyed. Therefore, in order to look like their cooler, I downloaded the "Cheats". Or rather cheat called "WH". I've been playing almost 10 hours with them. But one day I went to the game and saw that I was given the "overwatch ban". I was very surprised because I figured out very quickly. when they found my friends ... They're very angry at me ... and do not talk with me anymore. Staff at Valve, I beg you to remove me "overwatch ban". I do so I will not. I want to re-play CS: GO. But life has taught me, and I'll play without cheats. I want to again play with your friends, ask them for forgiveness. They do not talk to me for days. I understand that players will not forgive me, they will be condemned. What you need to ban all cheaters and ban their Steam. But I understand them, and want to ask forgiveness for all the players. Players CS: GO "Excuse me." I admit that all spoiling the mood of the players, it nechesno etc. Valve And forgive me and please remove overwatch ban. I am 15 years old and due to my inexperience, I myself also, and punished

the VACcine strikes again, sadly as you said you used cheats and the rule is zero cheats, then you got a lifetime ban,you need to buy again the game in a new account and clean your pc for of any cheats if you want to play again.

One of the quotations contradicts the other. Given the evident ban on the account profile, it apepars the latter quotation is accurate.
As such the ban is permanent and will not be removed. Valve have a zero tolerance policy towards cheating.

There is no "Steam Admins".

Valve has a zero-tolerance policy for cheating so the ban is (will be) permanent.

You have no VAC ban or game ban on your profile at this time. Please post the message you are getting in full. I do however think I know what ban you have been given but wish to confirm it.

American, 15 and basic English skills are out of the window, who's running the education system in your country? Also i'm 100% sure this, isn't his first time being banned, one game on his account and the most cheated game on steam, too funny if you ask me.

What's also funny is how many of these cheaters try to pass themselves off as Fnatic players.

There are no "I'm sorry" appeals for VAC bans. That said, OP currently has no VAC or gameban visible on his profile. If he received a message in-game such as "majorly disruptive" then there should be one there shortly.

If not, then he's just experiencing a VAC error from attempting to bypass/block VAC...but still a self-admitted cheater or he's just trolling.

I was thinking more of a "perm untrusted" myself but i cant be sure untill they post back. i'll have to check check there profile tomorrow to see if the have a VAC. If they are only getting a VAC error as you say a VAC ban can't be far off due to there amitted cheating.
