Vac ban/steam ban from changing exe files of crysis ?
Crysis doesnt work in many 64bit systems as it comes only with 32 bit files (damn you steam -_- )
so you need to download 64 bit files from third party and replace them with default files to run the game ...

Will this cause any problem ?
I know crysis doesnt use vac so iam safe from vac banns

But still changing game files is inappropriate right ? Will i get my account suspended or something ? Anything ? Or im totally safe ?

False.
Actively cheating in multiuplayer games is not a requirement for a VAC ban.
VAC bans for dfetection of "cheats" (as defined per agreement with Valve) on a computer from which an account is logged on via Steam and connected to a secured server.

---

In the case of changing files for Crysis:

1) Using only OFFICIALLY ENDORSED AUTHENTIC files (if downloaded, ensure they are downloaded from official reputable location and verify signaturea)
2) Crysis isn't VAC secured.

totally agree with vac topic !

yes they are original files from the retail version of the game

ya its not vac secured so im not worried about vac .. im just worried about steam account suspension or any other banns ..

when people use mods for skyrim .. do they change the exe files too ?
If a game hasn't got an anticheat, modifying it or even playing it with cheats turned on will never cause an account issue or a game ban. However, you should restart your computer before playing a secure game after cheating in non secure games as a memory editor may still be running and get you banned.

It works fine with normal files on 64bit space. Don't Go down to to that road....
