CS:GO VAC Ban For Spectating a Competitive Game

Hello,

My name is Patrick Star, I'm a CS:GO player and I got VAC banned some minutes ago for spectating my friend playing a competitive game.

Let me tell the whole story..

Me and my friend decided to try out "Intelligenz Wallhack v5" (I know, stupid idea). Because we've put a lot of work and money into our accounts, we bought a new ones. On the NEW accounts, we bought CS:GO and joined a ranked game with wallhack turned on. All the 'fun' only lasted a few minutes and then my friend got VAC banned, but not me. After that game, he logged onto his main account. I decided to play another competitive game on my NEW account with wallhack, but this time my friend was playing on his main account without hacks. After a few minutes in-game, I got VAC banned on my NEW account, on which one I actually cheated. So I decided to log onto my MAIN account to spectate my friend playing that game, but unfortunately I forgot to turn off that wallhack.. When I noticed that I have the wallhack running, I immediately turned it off AND deleted from my computed because I would NEVER use that ♥♥♥♥ on my real account.

I HAD wallhack turned on, but only while SPECTATING the game and still got VAC banned. There is delay while spectating, so wallhack was useless anyway.. I really dont understand how I "cheated", because I clearly didnt. I didn't gain any advantage over other players because I wasn't even in a game, and I wasn't able to help my friend in any possible way with that wallhack because there was a 2 or 3 minutes delay.

I know that I cheated on my new account, and for that, I deserve a ban. But it was on my NEW account and that one got VAC banned, so the justice is done.
I promise I've never did and never would cheat on my account, and everything I said above is true, even thought I know most of you dont believe..

Could somebody please help and explain?

It does not matter if you are spectating a game or not with something such as wall hack, VAC detected it as a cheat and it has banned you for using it

VAC is automated, it saw that something was wrong and stopped it, also VAC is delayed so it's fairly improbable that it happened minutes after joining.

At least the excuse is creative. You're vac banned because you cheated. Simple.

Thank you for your response.. but I wasn't really cheating, it's just so unfair to ban someone cus of this. :(
Can I somehow get unbanned, or at least sell my items for real money?

Thanks for response, it happened 20-30 minutes after I joined the game. And I've never cheated or done anything like that before.

Lol, that was great, I hope you enjoy spending the extra cash on buying it again, serves you right taking the fun out of other peoples game, who cares what account it was on.

As Valve has a zero-tolerance policy towards cheating, all VAC bans are permanent in nature and will not be lifted over time. Once you receive a VAC ban you may no longer play on VAC secure servers.

You may continue to play your single-player games. You may also continue to play on VAC-insecure servers.

No, buying the game again is not the problem but all the skins are.. And if you guys didnt notice, I AM VAC banned because I cheated on the new account, which is really simple, but I'm also VAC banned on my main account on which I've never cheated.

How did I cheat if I was only spectating a game?
I didn't play a game with wallhack, I was only spectating..

It does not matter if you were spectating a game or not, VAC banned you for using wall hack on a VAC secured server

Ok, I get it, I was using wallhack on a VAC secured server. But I didn't cheat. As I said, I didnt gain advantage over other players.
You guys just dont understand that I didn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cheat on my main account. It's just like saying that you shouldnt create a new account and buy CS if you get VAC banned..

I think I will just uninstall steam if I can't get my money back, never liked steam anyway and now I might have even started to hate it :p
