CSG vacc ban for global offense- i have got my steam acc hacked and i havent bin on it since the start of summer and i just got i backed last week and i obly played rust since, i got on yesterday to get a nessage saying i have got VAC banned from CSGO for Global Offense, i would like to get my Vac ban taken becase 1 i ddont know how i got it and 2nd my acc got hacked and i just trying to play my games, so could i please get the vac taken off my ACC

I was not using my account when it was VAC banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.

The account is VAC banned, not game banned.

Who used the account to cheat is irrelevant.

You are responsible for the security of your account and all actions on it.

Then you should have secured your account properly. Spoilers: Your account did not get hacked, it was hijacked, most likely by you giving out your account information.

Also heads up that many private RUST server admins/owners will remove you if you have a account with a ban on it, even alt accounts, as they have zero tolerance for cheating. They do not care how old the ban is, what game, or how it was received (cheating, griefing,smurfing, etc).
