Thanks for Overwatch Ban !!!

I thank you for nothing! I only play faceit ( overwatch blocker ) & still get an overwatch ban?

I don't find it funny at all. I've contacted the game developer and I want to do everything I can to clear it up!

Find ich überhaupt nicht lustig. Ich hab den Spiel Entwickler kontaktiert ich möchte alles dafür tun damit es aufgeklärt wird !

Just make a new Steam account. Valve allows you to do that to get around a ban within their TOS as long as you don’t break the rules on that account too.

Game bans have nothing to do with VAC or this forum.

CS:GO game bans are permanent and cannot be appealed.

A game ban in CS:GO is either for blatant cheating, a second griefing offense, or being involved in account boosting....no other reasons.

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

Be aware that if the game ban is superseded by a VAC ban later, this means that both anti-cheat systems (Overwatch and VAC) determined that the account was cheating. The VAC ban takes precedence on the profile.

The ban will still be permanent and it still cannot be appealed.

So why would using faceit stop overwatch bans? I don't know much about faceit. It seems to be it's own platform, but that wouldn't override the game's own system of dealing with cheaters right? Can you cite where you've read that faceit blocks overwatch? I see nothing about it on faceit's FAQ.

It seems like you, and others with similar stories, seemed to think that you could get away with cheating if you used faceit only to find out that you were wrong.

They think that by saying they use Faceit, it's impossible for an account to be banned ...even though as you said, it won't stop an Overwatch ban and won't even stop a VAC ban since Faceit servers use VAC as well.

Also, looks like a bought account. 18 years and nothing on it. No games, no friends...

If it was bought, it's worse than the ban.
