VAC Banned - Black Ops 2

The reason my account was flagged for a VAC ban is (probably) because I load a mod menu in custom games to trickshot with. I load these mods to be able to do things like get have explosive bullets or "save and load" where I can save a position and load it after jumping off a high part on a map to trickshot instead of having to run all the way back up for instance. When I do play online in multiplayer games, I make sure to remove the mods. These mods are only Search and Destroy compatible and I have to be the host and they are specifically designed to only trickshot with. The only game modes I have played online have been either Team Deathmatch or Nukejacked. I don't mod or hack online. I'm sure you hear that a lot, but I don't. I'm only modding in custom games to have more fun with bots. As you are aware, custom games don't give me any special items or any such thing of that matter for online use, so I don't understand the problem. Black Ops 1 has a whole part of the game dedicated for modding. Black Ops 2 should've had the same thing so things like this wouldn't happen.

Regarding the Modern Warfare 2 ban, I accidentally went online with a trickshot mod still open. I never appealed that ban because at the time I didn't know how. This ban for Black Ops 2 banned me for Multiplayer, Zombies, and Campaign which is why it says "Multiple VAC Bans on account."

Exactly. ANY modification to ALL CoD games is a bannable offense.

The menu that I accidentally went online with on Modern Warfare 2 over 5 years ago didn't give me aimbot or anything that would give me an advantage over other players. In fact, it didn't work online. It was only the fact that it was open and still injected into the game is why I got banned.

So? It was still tampering with game files. That ban was 100% correct.

I've lived with the MW2 ban. I could not care less about it. This isn't about the MW2 ban. This is about the Black Ops 2 ban. Please read above.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.
