VAC banned accounts may not participate in Steam trading of content & services subscriptions licenses.

There is no remunatory value for such and Valve will not redeem them for cash. You hold no rights of ownership over any such conternt & services

All as per your agreement.

VAC usually bans the account before trade is accepted, thus the inventory is locked and won't receive items to you.

I recommend contacting Steam Support if you have issues with Steam operation./

the trade witch didn't worked was the first one (only csgo skins, most waluable),the second one worked (1 csgo skin and 6 rust skins)

Sounds like your friend wasn't really banned to begin with. REAL VAC BANS DOESN'T WARN BEFORE THE BAN AND lock the items whitout any chance of trading them

Probably his account was compromised and hijacked, then his profile was defaced with a fake ban warning to scare him into trading His items. Then the hijackers use some malware to switch the trade into their account

If they doesn't exist, then that account is terminated and their inventory will disappear.
