As for controlling mouse movement, I would probably not do that since it seems very sketchy, but if a Valve employee could help out, it would be great, tho I doubt they check these threads :i
But Overwatch is a completely different story since that is the community judging your account, which is why I stated that.
I wouldn't consider it as details or insight in VAC whether it is safe to do what I'm asking, but you're probably right.

The only thing that would happen is likely an overwatch bop for trolling/griefing considering viewers would explicitly be trying to screw you up.
VAC for Valve's games and for 3rd party ones are differ.
VAC in Valve games never ban you for suspicious process. And same for 3rd party games, but only for your own private tool that is unknown for 3rd party game VAC.
Ofc it is not ban-free for any else anti-cheat system and by default - IT IS goin to ban. If you interesting only about Valve games - you are completely safe. Safe in Source games (where secure connection error most likely happened with that tool for suspicious activity - but no ban), safe in GldSrc games (where probably no such non-bannable detection from suspicious soft, its about 10 years when i try MP there last time).
False VAC bans can happen in 3rd party games. Without detection. And probably not all of them been removed. For 3rd party games its not only about how VAC module implemented.
I suggest not using things in for example CoD games.
Return to suspicious... why you need that in online game? What fun in it? Even if you loosing - you ruin it for opponents. And there is also your teammate who not be happy if your goal is to make strange moves only.
That can lead to Game ban. Although it can take much time for it.
This has so much incorrect drivel I don't know where to begin.
For Source game there is database of known suspicious injecting-overlaying process. Some of them KNOWN not to used for cheating (to hide cheats), some known used to inject and hide cheats (eg reshade).
You can get connection insecure errors. VAC ban in Valve games issued only for cheats.
Using it in any else game can lead to a ban (and with high chance for it). Like general rule: avoid any tools from intefer with game process.
Such tool as in OP post - its just AHK app but with online function. AHK also bannable in 3rd-party developed games, but not in Valve games as i know. Not private ones.
There is contact emails for Valve... but i cant found a reason to write to them with your non-cheating app just to make sure that it is not known cheat (when it initially non-public). There is chance they can get it wrong and add it as private cheat.
As long as you do not interfeer with the game files .. there is no VAC Ban ..
therefore its nessesary that u just use the twitch commands to control the keyboard or mouse
any interaction or hooking into the real game files will ge tu banned
Sure, many people here have tried to use it as an excuse for their ban, but that is all it is ..an excuse. They can say whatever they want but that doesn't mean that what they say is actually what caused the ban. you should know this by now that cheaters are just like liars. The majority of the time they come in here and throw every excuse they can at the wall to see what sticks.
Nothing sticks, because what they're saying is a bunch of BS.
