Having better internet service and higher quality hardware and drivers will boost your fps.

No, no one will "do" anything - because VAC detects KNOWN CHEATS on accounts. Having nothing to do with this thing you downloaded that cannot possibly actually do what you think it does, don't you think maaaaaybe that you've been misled about what that thing actually does do? Like, install a running cheat instead of "an fps booster"- because ... fps boosters are not legit.
