Either your account or one linked to yours (via phone number or library sharing) connected to a VAC-secured server from a computer with cheats on it. You don't even have to use the cheats to get banned. They just need to be on the PC your account connects from.

ok but i already said i have really, really never cheated or installed like i said people have been reporting me for being low rank dude it is causing me moral damage for not getting help please is there someone i really can just me help without sending the same link repeatedly? Seriously, I just got banned without even having my own defense?

VAC doesn't care about reports. Everyone on Steam could report you and VAC won't do anything about it because VAC only cares about cheats. And you're being given the same links again & again because that's all the info Valve is willing to tell us about the VAC system. Try clicking and reading them instead of posting.
