Would Wi-Fi hotspot app's like Connectify or mHotspot cause a ban?

I use my phone as a hotspot because it's my only source of connection but the native Android hotspot is throttled and I've used PDA net for the PC to bypass throttling and it worked but only with the PC because the native Windows hotspot is disabled so I'm trying to use these app's to try to get it to work with my Switch even in games but would it ban me if I do something on the Switch (if it works) while playing a Vac game?

vac bans are for cheats being detected. your WiFi usage will not result in a vac ban.

does it tamper with protected game files? if not, then it will not cause a vac ban. worse it would do is cause a vac communication error (not a ban)

Again, VAC bans are caused by cheats, not by someone's WiFi.

IPv4 addresses are not unique in this world anymore. As there are more humans (7 billion) than IPv4 addresses (4.2 billion), ISPs have chosen to route users together on an identical IPv4 address. This technique is known as CGNAT. If the IPv4 address had any effect on a VAC ban, many more innocent players would be banned. Hence they do not cause a VAC ban.
