Get banned. Without never using hacks.

This is strange for me. I never used hacks XD. One time I instaled an a aplication. When happen 30 mins i delete it from my PC XD. Think. I never used hacks in oficial games or casuals. I only use drawmodels with my friends XD

If the game is CSGO, the ban is permanent, no appeals. All CSGO game bans are for either blatant cheating, the 2nd griefing offense, or being involved in account boosting.

You are responsible for the security of your account. Many games do not care who was in control of the account when it earned the ban.

Should your GAME BAN turn into a VAC BAN, that would mean 2 completely independent anti cheat systems that use completely different methods of detection caught the account cheating and the ban will be permanent

and the "one time I installed an application...", if that application was a cheat, then you used cheats. you dont get to pick nor define what a cheat is, that was already done by the game developers. if it messes with game files, its a cheat regardless of it giving an advantage.

you can start reading what you have been provided. game bans have nothing to do with this forum nor the vac system. no one on the forums can help you remove it nor can they help you appeal it.

If your account had a GAME ban but it is now displaying a VAC ban, then that means that both anti-cheat systems (Overwatch and VAC) determined that the account was cheating. The VAC ban takes precedence on the profile.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

BUT in this circumstance, having the ban change from a GAME ban to a VAC ban is as certain as anything in life, the account was caught cheating, as mentioned above.
