Developer Ban Abuse scram

I recently got banned from a game called scram. What did I do to deserve this you might ask, Did I use cheat? Did I abuse a bug? Did I scream out racial comments? No, no and no.
The reason I get banned was for writing a bad review. This is the complete review:

"What I liked about this game is the great artwork and amazing game dynamics. I think this game has great potential to become a gorgeous and joyfull game. The only problem I have so far is that I CAN'T JOIN A ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ SERVER.
The fact that barely playable games is getting distributed through steam all under the permanent label Alpha while simultaneously selling dlc-content and fishing it's fanbase out of as much money as possible before leaving the game to die is a SHAME."

So as you can see I might have gone a bit overboard when attempting to be funny and score a point. Point being that most alpha labeled games right now are more focused on releasing dlcs than finishing the game. Still the fact remained that I have not even been able to join a server and I have a total gametime on scram of 15 minutes, what could I have done in 15 minutes anyways?!
Getting banned for writing a review which the developer does not agree with must be considered ban abuse, what else would?
If you know anywhere I could turn to take this further and assure that nobody who writes bad reviews gets banned for voicing his or hers opinion, please share your knowledge.

game ban, nothing to do with VAC.
you need to visit that games website/forum to find out how to file an appeal. The game developer is the only one that can assist you.
