Yes, as soon as you use the same phone number as a account with a VAC ban you will recieve one aswell.

How do VAC bans relate to phone numbers?
VAC bans are applied to all accounts sharing a phone number at the time of the infraction. For this (and many other) reasons we do not recommend sharing your phone number or using another user's phone number on your Steam account.

There are no restrictions placed on phone numbers that were on an account when the account was VAC banned; phone numbers can immediately be used on new accounts.

VAC bans ONLY transfer AT THE TIME of the infraction, not after.

1. Add phone number
2. cheat
3. Remove phone number

At the time of infraction (not the time the ban is issued) is the keyword here.

yeah i know but i recently added phone number and then i forgot the phone number had vac on one of the accounts and then i wanted to remove it and i did it and i wanted to know if i could get vac for that

VAC bans are not contagious. Adding a number AFTER a cheat has been detected or a ban issued on an account using the same number will not issue the same ban on the account that number is added to.

im not very good at english but i just want a yes or a no if you can get banned for having same phone and removing it afterwards with no cheat on the acc

Account 1 has used cheats and Phone Number 123
Account 1 gets VAC banned

Account 2 never used a cheat
Account 2 adds Phone Number 123 AFTER Account 1 got VAC banned

Account 1 stays VAC banned
Account 2 stays clean

Case 2:
Account 1 has used cheats and Phone Number 123
Account 1 is flagged, VAC ban pending

Account 2 never used a cheat
Account 2 adds Phone Number 123 WHILE Account 1 is about to be VAC banned

Account 1 gets VAC banned
Account 2 stays clean.
