If my account has had a vac ban for 1903 days will it be lifted?

Nope. It will become unlisted after 7 years but will still be in effect.

VAC bans are permanent.

And that update about the vac ban that was announced not long ago, if I'm not mistaken it said that accounts with a 5 year vac ban will be unblocked but I don't know if accounts associated only with various valve events or "private" accounts, public?

This rule change only affects professional players... And their bans won't get lifted, they're just allowed to participate in official tournaments again.

Bans itself are just as permanent as they've been for last ten years.

This only affects the RMR, official pro player tournaments.
Their official accounts are still VAC banned but they can take part with an alt account as long as the ban is older than 5 years AND it didn't occur during and/or after their first participation in an RMR.

You need glasses. It does not say that AT ALL.

"VAC bans stay in place with all of their other effects; the only change is how they influence your eligibility to play in Valve-sponsored events."

That ban will never be removed.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.

VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library, or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.
