i never used cheats, i tried to buildup this account and out from no where i get a damn vac but like wtf.

vac does not ban for cheating. it bans for known cheats being detected on the computer while the account is connected to a vac server. using the cheat is not required, the cheat being detected is all that is required.

reformat the computer to remove all traces of the cheat. uninstall/delete may leave enough traces behind to trigger a vac ban on any account that uses that computer

False bans get removed from the system automatically when vac rechecks and validates the bans it has issued.
That may take a few days or a few weeks to happen and all you can do is wait.

VAC bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support....and also cannot be removed by anyone on this forum.

VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is irrelevant.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

this is so messed up, one think i suspect is an account that is on the same phone as this, that got banned a long time ago.. im ashamed that i used even if its bc im in a russian region and i couldnt play one game without a spinbotter(i only had un obv wh) but this account is clear and i got a nice vpn to better european server and i have no intention in using any kind of software whatsoever.. i guess imma have to accept the fact that these 60-70 bucks i spent on this acc are thrown to the garbage

No, it means you don't have to be actively cheating in-game to be banned. Even playing on a contaminated device without knowing cheats are there will get your account banned.

So from never used cheats to used a wall hack on a different account ...

Reformat the pc so whatever caused the ban is fully removed then start yet another account.

Stop cheating
