Hola, soy administrador de un servidor privado llamado metin2, y uso cheat engine para testear la seguridad del juego, no estaba enterado que esto afecta en steam (mas bien no lo tome en cuenta ya que todo tiene un hackshield o anti-hack...) el juego Tower Unite lo compre hace poco y estaba jugando con el programa abierto, y cuando se cerro el juego me tiro un error, ahi me di cuenta que Cheat Engine estaba abierto, me gustaria saber si existe reembolso por el juego ya que page para jugarlo, o reinicio de mi personaje (Como GTA 5) o simplemente quitar el bloqueo, gracias y espero su pronta respuesta, esta bastante interesante el juego.

NO existen reembolsos a juegos con letras rojas... lee la información que esta en tu mismo perfil...

Cheat Engine only causes a VAC ban when it is used to cheat on a VAC enabled game, in a VAC secured server.

Leaving it open causes a VAC error.

Stop cheating.

Si te han bloqueado por VAC (el sistema antitrampas de Valve) en un juego, pierdes el derecho al reembolso de ese juego.

El sistema funciona, prueba de ello, es que admites el uso de trampas y el sistema lo detecto....

There isn't much you can do. But talk to the Steam Support and mention you kept Cheat Engine opened by mistake, you didn't attach it to Tower Unite and say you were using it to test a Metin 2 private server while having Tower Unite opened in background. You'll get automated replies, but don't give up until you get a message from the actual support. They say they don't remove bans, but they actually do in some cases.

No, support can’t remove either VAC or game bans.
