My PUBG is still BANNED.
Hi! Can i do something about this? My PUBG was VAC banned because it was hijacked. But i got it back. After i got it back, my PUBG was banned. Then i appealed my ban issue. According to the PUBG support my account will be unbanned after 48 hours. It's been 72 hours but my account was still banned. Can someone help me to this?

Game ban, not a VAC ban. PUBG does not even use VAC.
Your ban has nothing to do with VAC, or this forum.

It will remain banned. I've seen their support page a while ago and their policy on stolen accounts is the usual "your account->your responsibility->your problem if you ♥♥♥♥ up".

It will remain banned. I've seen their support page a while ago and their policy on stolen accounts is the usual "your account->your responsibility->your problem if you ♥♥♥♥ up".

Ok, so you found that by now, their email is kinda false. HAVE YOU TOLD THEM THAT? Reply to that email asking WTF is going on. You know, tell them that the situation isn't cleared. TALK TO THE PEOPLE IN POWER TO DO SOMETHING FOR YOU!

You're lucky because usually they wont unban under these circumstances https://support.pubg.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004167274-If-an-account-was-hacked-scammed-and-then-illegal-programs-were-used-will-the-account-get-banned-

PUBG support is abysmal though and people have been promised to have their ban removed and this has never happened.

Keep waiting but if the ban doesn't lift then there's nothing you can do as that falls in line with their original policy regardless of what someone in their customer services said.

No one here can do anything. You got a GAME ban, not a VAC ban. Nothing to do with steam and its up to the PUBG dev's to unban you. Steam can't do anything about it. So post in the PUBG forums about it

Look at your profile. Your ban is 72 days old....not hours.

Which in that case, it's sill permanent ban after 72 days.

Nothing you can do about Game Ban by PUBG Developer in this forum section and anywhere else.
