Would using Process Lasso result in a VAC ban?
I recently started using this software called Process Lasso that prioritizes my CPU's resources and prevents background programs from interfering with the game's performance. I've played Valorant with it running in the background prioritizing that game, no issues so far with their anti cheat going on a month now, was wondering if Valve's would be an issue?

Any program that modifies game files could lead to a vac error, or possibly a vac ban;
it costs nothing to create a test account either.

no it doesn't modify any file, it lets you sets your CPU's priorities... I believe Window's Task Manager has the same feature... I just don't know if it'll trigger a ban tho.. thanks for the advice.

It shouldn't, since it's hardly a cheat specific to a game. At worst, it'll throw a vac error. as long as you know you've gotten this thing from a truly legitimate and above-board site (I don't know what site it would be from but if it's also on basically windows basic systems... it's fine).

As Zek said at most it would probably cause a VAC error since it's just a weird program version of something you can just do through task manager.
