one of my friend played on my pc didn't even know he was using cheats and then destiny 2 biggest money making everything is about money to you as well cant even download you dlc from ps4 to pc witch sucks buy the way ...

Take it up with your cheating friend.

You are responsible for the accounts security and anything that happens to it. You let your " friend" on your account.

yes but why ban someone he told me he got kicked out of the game the cheat didn't even work and know my game is blocked that i payed for again and then you permanently ban someone from a game that cost a lot of money and he told me he didn't even cheat and that cheat engine was just open when he launched destiny 2 how can you ban someone for life for that

Clearly some part of it still worked as the account was banned. Doesn't matter if all the cheat wasn't working, there was still something working in there to cause the ban.

Which is it?

Either way: the cheat that your 'friend' used most certainly got the account banned. Your 'friend' owes you whatever you feel the skins or whatever else might now be stuck on it are worth, as well as a smack upside the head.

Never allow anyone to use your computer OR your account.

It's a permanent ban because the ACCOUNT is banned, not YOU.
