There is no exception, except you can proof. But i dont think its possible to proof 3 years of pc abstinence. :)

Someone from steam support helped me recover my account and I can show the trades from the last time I had the account

I transferred to a lot of league instead of using steam

Maybe you'll pay this link a visit to get further informations. Did your account get stolen or what are you trying to tell. In that case you surely still have the steam support emails, do you? :)

Doesn't matter who was using the account at the time. Account security and whatever happens on your account is your responsibility. It's all in the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

Thats the dead end Eton. Message the steam support with screenshots of your email traffic. MAYBE, with a small little blink of a chance, they will double check.

No one hacked you. Sounds like you got phished, which is not surprising since you've advertised one of those scam sites in your name previously.
