All VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat. Users are responsible for their account's security and everything that happens to it. The ban is permanent, non-negotiable, and won't be removed by anyone, unless it's a false-positive, in which case it'll remove itself automatically.
VAC bans are delayed. Therefore, the time the ban took place is completely irrelevant, as the account could have been flagged days or weeks prior to it.

If you want to play it on secure servers you'll need a new account.
If you're thinking of hurting yourself you need to talk to a professional. Who depends on your location. You'll have to look charities or professionals yourself or talk to a GP and they can refer you.
Same way as before just not on secure servers. Nothing will change that. So either play on none secure servers or create a new account
