Random Vac-ban for using ESportal?

A little twitch streamer stared a matchmaking where people of the stream could join, i got picked and got on the opposite team. U needed to download a client named ESportal Client i think, but it crashed while we were in 1st or 2nd round, and i got vac banned, i think the client maybe have triggered the vac to think i have been hacking. So i would be really happy if u could send me a message back, if i were able to get un-vacbanned.

Bans are typically delayed and whatever was used was a recognised cheat known to VAC. No further information is relayed back to the user on what caused the ban.

VAC does not ban at random nor for "nothing"

Should a VAC ban be determined to have been incorrectly issued, it will be removed automatically. You don't need to request such.

Ive used e sportal a long time ago if it was detected as a cheat i would have gotten a ban.

So no you didnt got for using esportal
