Ive been vac banned but im not cheating

I sent a ticket already for vac to review my acc HT-423W-MFMB-X2TX that is the ticket i sent i am very upset because i worked hard for this acc then you will ban me i never once used any cheat just because of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ idiot players reporting me for the skill i worked hard for i get banned please fix this i have my favorite skins here this is my first steam acc

No one on the forums can remove nor investigate a ban. Only falsely applied VAC bans are removed automatically by the system at a later time.

Known cheats were detected on the computer when the account connected to a vac server. A cheat is any program that alters protected game files, it does not have to give an advantage (skin changers, 3rd party crosshair mods, etc).

You are responsible for the security of the account and what is on the computer(s) the account uses. It does not matter who was using the account to cheat. Bans are not instant, whatever you were doing at the time of the ban being applied is unlikely to be the cause of it.

Steam/Valve will not release any information about what was detected, that information will only help those that cheat and make cheats.

Remove the ticket number. In-game performance is irrelevant. Inventory is again, irrelevant.


VAC bans are delayed from the time of the detection to the time that the ban is actually applied. What you were doing when the ban was applied, is also irrelevant.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all activity on the account.

Anyway Steam Support can and will not remove VAC bans. Posting here will also not remove your permanent VAC ban.

Since this ban is part of the last VAC wave and its still there, you can be sure it will stay forever.

Your account wasnt banned because it was reported by idiot players. A machine found clear evidence that your account cheated. Simple as that. If its a false ban it will be removed automatically.

Of course if you were banned by idiot players 1st then it turned into a VAC ban well you can kiss that account goodbye.
