Doesn't matter what kind of premium version use. It will be detectable eventually and delays for good reasons. Not instantly give a VAC Ban.

Of course, people do report new cheating source to directly VAC Team.

Pretty much all free and "premium" cheats have been detected before they got updated again.

It gets better. There used to be a "working" VAC hider. The double-quotes because it sort of worked. It may have prevented VAC from detecting the particular cheats, but the hider itself got detected all right.
"Undetected" is a marketing term used by cheat makers to lull you into a false sense of security, meaning to give them money.
