2 steam with same phone number

Hello , Have 2 steam A and B with same phone number
If I remove my phone number from B and B take vac ban , A will get vac too because they have previously same phone number or no ?

No. Only the accounts linked to the same phone number at the time of the detection will get banned.

Don't "cheat" and secure your accounts, and there wont be any risk at all.

Is there an official Valve page about it being at the time of detection? I've seen both time of detection and time ban is applied.

How do VAC bans relate to my phone number?

VAC bans will be applied to all accounts sharing a phone number at the time of the infraction. Accounts that do not own the game the VAC ban is for will still receive a VAC ban and won't be able to purchase the game moving forward.

Note: This feature is not enabled for all games and is used at the discretion of the developer.

"at the time of the infaction" aka when the cheat gets detected, not when the delayed ban goes active.
