I have never used hacks and i still got vac banned.

i have never used hacks in an online match. i got banned by overwatch and i have never used hacks before. can some one help or does some one know a way i can atleast trade my items of my account onto op skins to cash out

No, you can't trade the items away. VAC bans are permanent.

Vac bans are detected by cheating software in your game files, random vac bans are very rare and get automatically lifted after some time and the correct ones are permanent

Then two independent anti cheat systems found the account to be cheating as you have a VAc ban on your account not a game ban. (Which would display if your are banned by overwatch)

Then it was either due to phone/game sharing ( http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198297003024 ) or the account was caught by entirely two different anti-cheat systems. That's the importance of reading the relevant information.
