Like game payday2 i saw there is in game banned list. or something like that i guess you typed a really hard question
To my knowledge, this is accurate and pretty much exhaustive of the current situation. The CUrrently Untrrusted flags are applied by VAC, only in their special case, there is no benefit to delaying the ban so the untrustede flag applies instantly to prevent access to secure servers until the actual delayed VAC ban is applied as normal. These bans are as you mentiond for serverside detections of truly impossible feats, also including CVAR patching which allow for sv_ commands to be entered via client without proper access.
Obviously (and I know you are fully aware of this, but just for completeness) the VAC detections also include certain unauthorised modifications to core files and all the bans are shared when accounts are associated by library sharing or by telephone number.
There is noofficial source aside from across various portions of Steam Support knowledge articles and very rare snippets from Valve staff (here or more popularly, Reddit).
The Moderator pinned threads are largely accurate, but somewhat outdated and written by moderators rather than Valve.
VAC
the anti-cheat software on valve games, and getting one of these will stop you from been able to play online in all valve games.
Game
similar to vac but rather when a developer has implemented their own methods of catching cheaters, they then report the user as a cheater to Steam and Steam add it onto that users profile, in many cases the game developer will not allow the user to play online and steam has no influence on that decision
Community
Receiving a ban from a discussion forum on the steam website
Trade
received when a user is scamming another players inventory
You run a steam username though https://steamid.eu it will tell you if they or their friends have any bans, this however won't work for the ban type: game or if the user is private
Valve can also issue warning, they will continue letting you play online but your account won't be in "good standing", this isn't permanent and will return to good standing after some time.
see your VAC status --> https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/VacBans
